The company was formed in 2008 by James Houghton who has worked both as a Consultant and for Design and Build Contractors based in the North East. During this time he gained Chartered Status and gathered experience on both regional and national projects including PFI Education and Healthcare , commercial office, Industrial and Leisure.
We identified the opportunity to establish our business following the introduction of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the UK governments response to the new green legislation. We aim to provide our clients with the tools necessary to respond to the government legislation but also identify and improve the energy efficiency of their properties. Our business plan has always been to offer the EPC and DEC service alongside the design and project management skills required to implement substantial energy saving improvements.
